These terms are the agreement between you and Momentora when you use Momentora to make and share websites. We've kept them as plain as we can.
1.What we offer
Momentora lets you pick a design, customise it in our editor and publish it as a website with its own link. Making and previewing is free. Publishing a website is a one-time paid purchase for that website.
2.Your account
You need an account to save and publish websites. Please give accurate details and keep your password private.
You're responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
3.Your content
The words, photos, music links and names you add stay yours. You give us permission to store, display and serve them only so we can run your website.
You agree not to publish anything that:
- you don't have the right to use (for example someone else's photos without permission);
- is hateful, harassing, threatening or sexually explicit;
- impersonates someone, misleads people or is used for scams or phishing;
- shares another person's private information without their consent.
We may take down a website that breaks these rules, and we'll tell you why when we do.
4.Payments
Prices are shown before you pay, in INR or USD. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay or Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
A purchase covers one website. It includes unlimited edits and republishing of that website. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
5.Keeping websites online
We work hard to keep published websites online and fast, but we can't promise they'll never be interrupted (for example during maintenance or problems with a hosting provider). If something goes wrong with your website, contact us and we'll put it right.
6.Our designs and software
The designs, code, animations and brand of Momentora belong to us or our licensors. You can use them as part of your websites, but please don't copy, resell or redistribute the designs or the editor itself.
7.Liability
Momentora is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the website concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
8.Closing your account
You can stop using Momentora at any time and ask us to delete your account and websites. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
9.Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll let you know before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
