Because every design is free to customise and preview before you pay, you know exactly what you're getting. If something still goes wrong, we'll make it right.
1.When you can get a refund
- Your website doesn't publish or won't open, and we can't fix it within 48 hours of you telling us.
- You were charged twice for the same website.
- You were charged but your website was never published.
2.When we can't refund
- You changed your mind after the website was published and shared.
- The website was removed for breaking our terms of service.
- The request comes more than 7 days after the payment.
3.How to ask
Email support@momentora.in within 7 days of paying, with the email you signed up with and the name of the website. You can find your orders on your account page.
4.How long it takes
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Razorpay and Stripe usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it, depending on your bank.
